Lest we forget, Nanci Griffith did put on a show during the Rocky Mountain Folks Fest. Nanci took the stage around 8 pm., Sunday, with Blue Moon Orchestra members James Hooker, Pat McInerny and Ron De la Vega. Nanci also invited fellow Folks Fest performer and former studio backup singer Lucy Kaplansky to join the band on stage for several numbers. Their harmonies were wonderful.
As you can tell, darkness limited our photo opps. We did get a couple of pictures of Nanci, and a nice shot of James Hooker at his keyboard.
