- Chipotle ADA Suit Is a Big, Fat Flop
May 7, 2011 – A pretty reasonable take on ADA lawsuits. I’m not much of a chain restaurant user, for a number of reasons. One of these is that the lack of printed menus, and the poor communications skills of many (not all) fast-food workers waste my time. I have no desire to sue anyone. I do have many alternatives. But I hope somewhere, my soft boycott will eventually do some good. And I would love it if truly worthy ADA suits could somehow change a business’ infrastructure without resulting in big paydays for plaintiffs.
